Chairman & Founder

Al Lalji oversees SmarTek21’s global growth strategy and initiatives. As founder, he sets the vision for SmarTek21’s products and services. Al has more than 20 years of experience in technology management and consulting to Fortune 500, serving leading roles in a variety of business, functional, and technical teams. He has excelled in Senior Management Enterprise roles including Microsoft®, T-Mobile®, Cingular®, McKesson, Toys“R”Us®, Equifax® and Starbucks®. Al has lived in Africa, London, and Los Angeles, CA and enjoys his residence in Kirkland, WA. He holds a Master’s degree in information systems and a Bachelor’s degree in business, both from Pepperdine University.

Al leads from the front, managing the company’s growth and expansion objectives with delivering excellence in all our customer and user experiences.

David Gorsuch

Partner

David Gorsuch oversees all of SmarTek21’s Sales and Marketing activities with focus on expanding our portfolio of Service Solutions. He brings over 20 years of technology industry experience leading, building, and preparing teams and clients for accelerated growth and business transformation. He has held a variety of executive, sales, and operations roles. Most recently, David served as Vice President of Customer Success at InsideView, a software and data management company serving the Fortune 1000. Previously, David was the Chief Operating Officer for Compushare (acquired by D+H), a leading FinTech provider of innovative products tailored to the Financial Services industry. He also served as the CEO and COO of InfoPartners (acquired by Compushare), the premier IT services provider for Venture Capital, Private Equity and Hedge Funds in the Bay Area. Prior to InfoPartners, David led the East Coast Sales team at All Covered (acquired by Konica Minolta), a national IT and cloud services firm. He earned a BA of Economics from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. He is married and has 4 children and enjoys his home life in Half Moon Bay, CA.

Scot Pfeiffer

VP Finance & Operations

Scott Pfeiffer protects and manages the financial well-being for SmarTek21. As a licensed CPA with over 25 years experience, Scott brings a unique blend of expertise combining Software, Consulting, and Financial activity. Scott joined SmarTek21 with prior experience serving as a CFO for companies in industries such as Software as well as an International Distribution with offices in the U.S., Germany, China & Philippines. Scott graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He is an avid sports fan and plays softball on several teams along with spending time with his family.

Scott is committed to driving excellence in our Finance and Operations processes to enable investment in our expanding products and services.

Blaine Butler

Director, Sales & Business Development

Blaine Butler leads SmarTek21’s Services Sales group driving awareness and opportunities for our Direct, Channel and Marketing initiatives.

Blaine brings over 20 years of technology sales and partner relationships in the Pacific Northwest area, working with Fortune 1000 companies. His technology experience in Cloud, Enterprise Software, Strategy, Sales Process Management and Software Development Lifecycles is driven through his passion for selling leading edge technologies and solutions. Blaine has operated in a variety of roles, from individual contributor, to leading and building collaborative teams in Start-Ups and Enterprise organizations.

Prior to joining SmarTek21, Blaine helped grow companies like RealNetworks, Whispir, LionBridge, and Neudesic. Blaine resides in the Seattle Area and holds an Executive MBA from Washington State University.

Nick Haddow

Director, Engagement & Solutions

Nick Haddow oversees our Customer Engagement team across our enterprise portfolio, ensuring we are exceeding delivery expectations and bridging business and technology requirements.

Nick brings more than 12 years of experience delivering and leading complex projects and teams across an array of industries, including defense, insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, software, biotech, advertising, and higher education. Additionally, he leads our service practice areas around business analysis, solution architecture and design, custom application development, system migrations, knowledge transfer, Enterprise Content Management (ECM), and Business Process Optimization (BPO).

Prior to joining SmarTek21, Nick consulted on projects for a global defense systems supplier, as well as for The George Washington University, Corpedia, CVS Pharmacies, Underwriters Laboratories, and Epicor Software. Nick is a long-time Seattle resident and he and his family enjoy the outdoors of the Pacific Northwest.

Ramesh Lingampalli

Director, Global Delivery

Ramesh Lingampalli oversees SmarTek21’s Global Delivery Teams, ensuring that every project is delivered on-time with the highest standard in quality and execution.

Ramesh brings more than 20 years of experience delivering technology solutions across Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, and Open source platforms. His experience in software development and integration provides a versatility across all technology ecosystems. He and his team of experts understand the importance of hiring and developing great talent while providing the systems, process, and tools to create meaningful and impactful user experiences.

Prior to SmarTek21 Ramesh has served in a variety of Delivery and Leadership roles serving Fortune 1000 organizations within Utilities, Life Sciences, Pharma, Retail, Media, and Telecommunications. Born and raised in India, he and his family now enjoy their home in the Seattle area.
