CUSTOMER CHALLENGE

The regional healthcare consortium had an urgent time frame to deliver a unified online brand in time with their merger-and-acquisition by a national healthcare provider. Given a condensed time frame there were over two-hundred thousand legacy assets requiring renaming, and remapping to the new domains in 6-weeks with zero defects.

The engagement would span enterprise-wide web services encompassing over 2000 publicly accessible pages and static assets, as well as 8600 internal pages; all requiring seamless re-branding at the go-live switch date. This client needed to remain “business-as-usual” during the national integration, with information rendered under one view. Maintaining and improving user experience to both internal and external customers was paramount.
