Position Overview

The Senior Compensation Consultant is responsible for delivering a broad scope of compensation initiatives to internal clients by applying professional judgment, knowledge, experience and perspective. Deployments from Development to QA must be managed and also quick – on the order of minutes – to maintain a rapid dev/test cycle. These deployments must also be highly reliable and free of errors.
