At SmarTek21, we provide the following Agile Methodology services:

• Smartek21 recommends an Agile-based development methodology with built-in quality assurance processes for each sprint and release phase. However, unlike some Agile-based approaches, Smartek21 will invest time upfront to assess the needs and goals of the site in a formal discovery phase which defines the functional and technical boundaries of this initiative.
• Re-estimate at various stages on the project to validate that the assumptions made by Smartek21 and the clients are valid.
