 The Senior Software Engineer will provide technical design recommendations to all modules in access management. The Senior Software Engineer will manage and lead the software development team (Onshore and Offshore); review system architecture, product configuration and technical design documents. The Senior Software Engineer will report to the project manager updating the management team with respect to project tasks and milestones; assign tasks to the software development team and assist in meeting deadlines. The Senior Software Engineer will review application code written in C#, ASP.NET, WebServices and other technologies ensuring that it meets coding standards and is consistent with technical design documents. Experience must include 4 years as a software consultant or software engineer managing and leading a software development team in product development using .NET, Java and Datawarehousing technologies in building web applications; designing and developing various software applications; utilizing database and Datawarehousing knowledge to create ETL process using Informatica, Oracle, SQL Server and DB2; and creating technical design documents from functional specifications.

Must be proficient using reporting tools including Business Objects, Actuate and custom .NET products. Must have a strong understanding of role based Access Management and technical knowledge of ASP.NET, C#, ADO.NET, Remoting, Web Services, Web Security, XML, XSLT, CSS and SQL Server 2005.
