Al Lalji:

Al is the CEO and founder of SmarTek21, a Seattle based consulting company that provides leading technology services, consulting and outsourcing services. He held a variety of senior management roles, giving him broad experience across functional and technical teams. He has proven industry experience with leading companies like Microsoft Corporation, T-Mobile, Cingular, McKesson, Toy R Us, Equifax, Starbucks and other fortune 500 companies. Lalji received Master’s degree in Information Systems and Bachelor’s degree in Business from Pepperdine University. He helped in developing IT and Product solutions to improve process efficiency, cost reduction and improved system reliability.

Joe Brouillette:

Joe is the CEO of OVS, LLC a Smartek21 subsidiary and has over 35 years of Leadership, Consulting, Teaching, and Global Project Management experience in finance, marketing, sales, new business launches, business transformation, technology enablement, and executive team development. Through both Entrepreneurial Endeavors and Corporate Assignments Mr. Brouillette has produced value across numerous industry segments with Senior Leadership Roles with Global firms such as Capgemini as Vice President and with Accenture as Senior Executive Global Business Development. Mr. Brouillette also served as President of the American Airline Tech Subsidiary, AMRIS, President/CEO of TelAmerica a Global Telecom service providers in addition to numerous Senior roles in technology system design and development.  He currently serves as an independent Board Member for a number of organizations, both public and private as well as serving as an adjunct professor at M.J. Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University and for the Tandy Center for Executive Education, both in Fort Worth, Texas. Mr. Brouillette earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from the University of San Diego and attended both the University of Chicago and Stanford University focusing on graduate studies. He is widely known for his work in Human Capital Development and serves as an advisor and Executive Coach for many organizations focused on Optimal Performance.

Muru Ganesan:

Muru is the senior delivery and technical professional in Smartek21. He has gained technical experience from working with large organizations like TCS - India, QWEST and AT&T. His expertise are in various technical domains including Legacy Systems Maintenance, Re-engineering, Systems Integration, Data Warehousing, Business Analysis, etc. He is responsible for technical design, development and deployment delivery of projects. He manages both local and offshore development teams. He led the effort to build a strong team and to provide efficient delivery of outsourced delivery solutions. Muru received Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Sciences from Government College of Technology, Coimbatore, India.

John Michael Gross:

John, as the VP of Client Services is a hands-on executive with more than 20 years experience leading global teams in Sales, Service Delivery, Product Management and Application Development.  His enterprise software development and delivery experience includes Microsoft, Telecoms (AT&T, Vodafone, T-Mobile, WorldCom) and multiple startups both as a founder and a partner.  While with Microsoft, he started and built the Microsoft Consulting Practices in Brazil and Argentina and returned from Brazil to work in Redmond on the Microsoft Banking Initiatives with Microsoft Back Office and Microsoft Windows Server.
John Michael grew up on military bases on the East Coast as the son of a Navy Pilot.  He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Mathematics.  He and his wife, Mayten, live in Redmond, WA with their daughter and son, Mahalin and Cameron.
Outside of his interests in bleeding edge technology, he makes time to coach his kids sporting interests and woodworking, which he considers the antithesis of the technology world.

Arun Prabu Durairaju:

Arun is the Operations and Delivery Director for Smartek21’s Offshore Development Center based in India. He has managed and delivered Projects like Re-engineering from Legacy to Modern platform, Custom systems development, Maintenance, Enhancements and System support. He has expertise in various technological platforms including J2EE, .NET, Ruby On Rails, etc. He has worked with large organizations like TCS – India and QWEST. Durairaju has setup the Offshore development Center for Smartek21 in India, in the name of Stira Technologies and created a team which has so far delivered numerous projects in various technologies. With his leadership skills he commends the complete support of the team in developing the systems for our Clients. Arun received Bachelor in Engineering degree from Bharathidasan University Trichy, India and Masters in Engineering from PSG College of Tech, Coimbatore, India.

Caroline Roberts:

Caroline is a senior executive with successful experience in all stages of the business development life-cycle: strategic planning, segmentation, targeted marketing campaigns, engagement pursuit, complex deal negotiations, strategic account growth, and front end delivery team leadership. Career achievements within both Fortune 500 technology companies and premier professional services firms, possessing extensive vantage points attained through roles in business development, sales, and front-end delivery. She keeps up to date with emergent technologies, develops innovative service offerings, and has repeatedly demonstrated dedication in going the extra mile. Demonstrated capacity in high-visibility, client facing roles, placing strong emphasis on quality, integrity, and delivery satisfaction.
