Joe Brouillette:
Joe is an advisory board member to help guide Smartek21 and its products into the market.
Joe is the CEO of OVS, LLC a Smartek21 subsidiary and has over 35 years of Leadership, Consulting, Teaching, and Global Project Management experience in finance, marketing, sales, new business launches, business transformation, technology enablement, and executive team development. Through both Entrepreneurial Endeavors and Corporate Assignments Mr. Brouillette has produced value across numerous industry segments with Senior Leadership Roles with Global firms such as Capgemini as Vice President and with Accenture as Senior Executive Global Business Development. Mr. Brouillette also served as President of the American Airline Tech Subsidiary, AMRIS, President/CEO of TelAmerica a Global Telecom service providers in addition to numerous Senior roles in technology system design and development. He currently serves as an independent Board Member for a number of organizations, both public and private as well as serving as an adjunct professor at M.J. Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University and for the Tandy Center for Executive Education, both in Fort Worth, Texas. Mr. Brouillette earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from the University of San Diego and attended both the University of Chicago and Stanford University focusing on graduate studies. He is widely known for his work in Human Capital Development and serves as an advisor and Executive Coach for many organizations focused on Optimal Performance.
Robert Strickland:
Rob is an advisory board member to help guide the technology of Smartek21 products and services into the market.
Rob brings more than 25 years of business and technology experience to sales, strategic partnership, marketing, and finance operations. Rob had held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at T-Mobile USA, the U.S. wireless operation of Deutsche Telekom AG with over 150 million mobile customers. While at T-Mobile, Rob lead the Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) department and was responsible for aligning IT strategy with business initiatives to deliver innovative solutions supporting T-Mobile’s customer-driven philosophy. Rob was identified as one of the “Premier 100 IT Leaders” by Computerworld Magazine in 2008 and was also recognized by CIO Magazine for delivering outstanding innovation with T-Mobile’s Enterprise IT team in 2009. Prior to joining T-Mobile, Rob served as the SVP and CIO at EchoStar Communications Corporation, best known for its DISH Network technology. Rob previously held the positions of President and Chief Operations Officer at Silas Technologies, Chief Technology Officer at Landmark Communications, Inc., CIO at Teradyne, CIO at Continental Cablevision/Media One, and CIO of Harvard Business School.
